Required Component Error

After successful installation cannot launch BDS program because of the following error on Windows Vista.

Required Component Error - A required component could not be registered. The application may not have required permissions.
Component: xxx
Error Code: 0x80040200

To fix this, run BDS as an adminstrator.

Right-click on BDS icon on the desktop and select "Run as administrator" and restart BDS.
