OCV data rules are imporatnt to run simulations smoothly. If the objective is to just build a cell and see the report values, these rules can be ignored.

OCV rules:

• Voltage (E) should not increase with x. dEdx should not be positive.
• dEdx should be reasonably steep at lower and upper bounds of x
• If dEdx and d2Edx2 data is input, it should be accurate. If not input, it's automatically computed
